Bookings & Accessibility

Once you have chosen where you would like to stay, you can book your room by telephone, fax or email (where available) directly with the establishment of your choice.Photo of Medway Visitor Information Centre

Same night bookings can be made in person at Medway Visitor Information Centre in Rochester.

A booking fee of 10% of the first night's tariff will be made but this charge will be deducated from your final bill at the end of your stay.

Remember to check prices and any special facilities when you book.  A telephone booking or a booking made in writing may tie you to a legally binding contract and the proprietor may be entitled to claim compensation if you fail to take up or cancel the accommodation.

Use the search facility to find accommodation that meets your criteria on price, location and facilities.

Accessibility

Much of the accommodation featured on this website is able to cater for visitors with a range of disabilities.  A number have ground-floor bedrooms or lifts available.  To ensure that your needs can be catered for, contact the accommodation provider to discuss your requirements before booking.
