Free trails and hands-on activities for all ages.
Royal Engineers Museum is a fantastic place for family outings! Families can explore our galleries using one of our free trails and, during school holidays, have fun with a range of hands-on activities for all ages.
Linking to the Museum’s ‘Concrete Castles’ Exhibition discover how soldiers’ families at home during Second World War kept life continuing as normal as possible. Make a ‘Ration Book’, ‘Identity card’ and ‘Gas Mask Box’ as if you were going to be evacuated to the countryside, away from the bomber flight path into Britain.
£3 per activity per child (50p discount with friends’ membership and discounts with a Snob the Dog loyalty card).
Regular Admission prices also apply.
