This brand-new adaptation of Northanger Abbey is perfectly set in the graceful setting of the 16th Century grand reception room, where you can delight in the wit and wisdom of Austen’s classic satire of gothic romance. An hour of interactive and enthralling theatre, performed for the first time at Rochester’s mysterious and majestic Tudor mansion. Your invitation awaits!
Ticket holders can also explore the whole house after the performance, including the Victorian School Room and recently uncovered 400-year-old wall paintings.
Performances are on the following days:
Sunday, 17 July; Saturday, 23 July; Sunday, 24 July. There will be performances at 1pm, 2.30pm, 4pm, 5.30pm and 7pm.
