Easter Holidays

The Easter Holidays have arrived and we need to make sure we keep the kids entertained.  So to help you spring into action with your Easter plans, we’ve rounded up some of the best Easter days out in Medway.

A range of Easter egg hunts, trails and craft activities will be taking place across Medway's heritage attractions - these can be found at Rochester and Upnor Castles, Eastgate House, Guildhall Museum, Huguenot Museum to name but a few...

Special Easter children's Eucharistic service followed by an egg hunt in the Garth will be taking place at the cathedral on Sunday, 12 April.

Discover what's taking place at The Historic Dockyard Chatham with a series of Easter trails and craft activities and over the Easter weekend don't miss the dockyard's Festival of Steam and Transport.  Make your own wooden bunting at the Royal Engineers Museum ready for your own celebrations to mark the 75th anniversary of VE Day in May.

Celebrating St George’s Day, The English Festival returns with a fun-packed day out for the whole family celebrating the most iconic and ironic of English traditions. The family favourite English Festival will be taking place on Saturday 18 April at Riverside Country Park in Gillingham.

Looking for more things to do with the kids? Then why not head to Hollywood Bowl and practice your bowling skills, skate away at Planet Ice or let off steam at Monkey Bizz indoor soft play area.

Not forgetting Medway's family fun attractions where there's buckets of fun to be had at Diggerland where you can drive real JCBs, dumper trucks and diggers.  Click here for a discount voucher and save 15% when visiting Diggerland!
