Medway Visitor Information Centre in Rochester High Street - pop in for local information, to visit the art gallery and to grab a souvenir.
AS FROM FRIDAY 19 APRIL 2024, THE INFORMATION CENTRE WILL BE PERMANENTLY CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC. ACCESS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR THE HUGUENOT MUSEUM ONLY FROM THIS DATE.
No visit to Medway would be complete without making the Medway Visitor Information in Rochester High Street your first port of call. Our front of house team are ready and waiting to offer you local tourism advice and help you make the most of your visit.
The centre also includes a souvenir gift shop, toilets, an art gallery and the Huguenot Museum. The Huguenot Museum is offering restricted opening hours, please visit their website for further details.
The centre's opening hours are Tuesday-Saturday, 10am to 5pm until Friday, 19 April 2024.

Car Parking - When visiting and looking for somewhere to park, Medway has several pay and display car parks in the area. These car parks can be found at each town centre with additional parking at shopping outlet centres. To find a car park, visit www.medway.gov.uk
Coach Setting Down & Pick Up Point - Four dedicated coach bays are provided for coaches to drop off and collect their passengers. These are located directly behind the Visitor Information Centre. For details on this facility including usage and waiting restrictions click here.
Curtis Way Coach Park - A free parking facility for up to 15 coaches is available for visiting coaches at Curtis Way, Rochester. For further information and location map, click here.
Chatham Waterfront Bus Station
