Come along and look for insects in the long grasses with nets and then create your own clay bug to take home.
Join the Medway Swale Estuary Partnership for this family event, where you will be inspired by the park's wildlife to create your own clay insect to take home. We will hunt in the long grass for wildlife with sweep nets, so long sleeves and trousers are advisable.
FREE event but booking is essential. Only book for children. Adults don't need tickets. If you can no longer attend, please let me know so another child can use your space.
The park is quite big, so we will be situated at the What3words location: Rails.metal.period. The easiest entry is from Sally Port Gardens or the Marlborough Road entrance. Once entering from these location you will find us up the hill. Look out for the Gazebo.
