Medway Culture Club Carnival is a FREE Family Fun Day is a chance for us to get together and celebrate the diversity within our community.

Get ready for a Carnival experience like no other! Join Medway Culture Club, a local charity dedicated to celebrating culture and community, for a day bursting with colour, rhythm, and creativity at the historic Royal Engineers Museum!

This lively, family-friendly event will take you on a vibrant journey through global Carnival traditions, all right here in Medway!

Live Steel Pan – Soak in the sunshine sounds of the Caribbean with live performances and hands-on lessons.
Samba Dance – Move to the joyful beats of Brazil with energetic classes and performances.
Carnival Parade – Don your brightest outfits and join the crowd in a dazzling procession of music, dance and costume.
Arts & Crafts – Make your own flags, headdresses, and face paint masterpieces in our creative corner.
Carnival Sound System – Feel the bass with Soca, Reggae, Afrobeats & more from our authentic DJ setup.
Games & Social Fun – Try your luck at limbo, dominoes, quizzes and raffles – with prizes to win and laughs to share!

Whether you’re dancing, crafting, eating, or just soaking up the good vibes, the Carnival is all about connection, celebration, and culture. With something for every age and background, it’s the perfect summer day out for families, friends, and neighbours.
