Join us on Wednesday, 19 August for a scenic and varied circular walk from historic Rochester, combining urban charm with sweeping countryside views and peaceful trails.
This 15.25 km route features two climbs — a smaller hill earlier in the day, and a larger, steeper climb just before our lunch stop, which rewards you with wide views across the North Downs.
After lunch, the route gently winds back down toward Rochester, passing through a mix of farmland, woodland, and riverside paths. We’ll be picking up stretches of both the North Downs Way and Medway Valley Walk, giving this hike real variety and a strong sense of place.
