The hugely popular Thanet Open Topper will be returning to Thanet for 2026 and will be celebrating it's 10th Anniversary with a brand new look!

New for 2026: the route now includes Broadstairs High Street, bringing you closer to the beach, shops and places to eat

The new route will be stopping at the following locations:

Minnis Bay, Canute Road
Westbrook, Norman Road
Margate Railway Station
Margate Marine Terrace
Cliftonville Esplanade
Broadstairs Pierremont Hall
Broadstairs, Victoria Parade
Dumpton Gap
Ramsgate, Granville Theatre
Ramsgate Harbour
Ramsgate Boating Pool

2026 Season Dates:

Friday 3rd - Sunday 19th April (Easter Holidays)
Saturday 23rd - Sunday 31st May (May Half Term)
Weekends from Saturday 6th June
Daily from Wednesday 22nd July - Monday 31st August (Summer Holidays)
Saturday 5th - Sunday 6th September

Tickets can be bought from the driver, or Stagecoach Bus App.

Thanet Open Top Day Tickets are £8 for adults and £5 for under 19s and concessions. A Group Ticket can also be purchased at £22 for up to 5 people and under 5s travel free. Thanet Open Top Day Tickets allow unlimited hop-on, hop-off all day and are valid on all Stagecoach buses within the Thanet DayRider zone. For full fare info, please click here

Pricing

Thanet Open Top Day Tickets: Adult £8 or Concessions & Under 19s £5.
Children under 5 travel free.
Thanet Open Top Group Day Ticket £22 for up to 5 people.
Concessionary passes and Kid for a Quid are not valid on the Thanet Open Top bus.
Single tickets are available, please speak to your driver.
